Where will CSI 2010 be held?
CSI 2010 will be held at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center located at 201 Waterfront Street, National Harbor, MD.
Who Should attend CSI 2010?
CIOs/CSOs/CISOs, information security managers and directors, security staff and specialists, network and communication security managers, network engineers, IT managers, risk and audit managers, privacy officers, and anyone with an interest or stake in information security business issues and technology.
Cancellations, Substitutions, Downgrades & Upgrade
If you need to cancel your CSI 2010 Conference registration, you may do so for a full refund, less a $150.00 service charge until October 1, 2010. Attendees who do not cancel in writing by the deadline date are liable for the pass cost and will be charged for the full registration fee. No refunds are available for no-shows. If you are unable to attend the event, we recommend that you send a substitution in your place. Please send your cancellation or substitution request to csi@ubm.com.
Requests received after October 1, 2010 cannot be accommodated. Requests for a downgraded pass must be submitted in writing to csi@ubm.com by October 1, 2010 for a full refund on the difference of registration fees between the value of the original and downgraded pass. Upgrade pass requests must be submitted in writing to csi@ubm.com along with payment information for the difference in value.
Important Payment By Check Information
If you selected payment by check, please be aware that all check payments must be received by the Registration Department no later than Friday, October 22, 2010 in order to apply the payment to your registration. Note, to take advantage of early, or regular registration discounts, payment must be received by the registration deadline (e.g. Early registration payments must be received by September 24, 2010).
If you are unable to meet these deadlines, please pay by credit card.
Program Changes
The Computer Security Institute, producers of CSI 2010, reserves the right to make changes in the programs and speakers, or to cancel sessions if enrollment criteria are not met, or when conditions beyond its control prevail. All sessions and workshops are filled on a first-come, first-seated basis. Arrive early to ensure a seat! Recording devices and cameras, still or video, are prohibited.
Event Badges
Badges will not be mailed out in advance of the event but can be collected on-site with proper photo id. Please bring a copy of your receipt as verification of your registration.

Age Limit
Due to safety concerns, no one under the age of 18 (including infants in strollers) will be permitted on the premise at any time during the CSI 2010.

How do I book my hotel?
Take advantage of specially negotiated low hotel rates for CSI 2010. Conference organizers have negotiated a special room rate at the Gaylord National.
